We put the clients well thought out ideas to paper and transformed this tired, never touched or altered 1917 on Alameda Ridge into a tasteful 2010 with allure. The tasteful feel in every one of the 20 rooms should inspire you to reflect ideas back to your own home. Yes, you will walk through every room.
We removed nearly every element, leaving about 65% of the existing skeleton, left a few things the owners decided to refinish, built 2 additions, full mechanical systems, sprayed closed cell foam to entire exterior envelope, and replaced all finishes.
